Kelsey is an established Senior Regulatory Affairs Director with over two decades of regulatory expertise cultivated in various global, regional, and affiliate regulatory roles encompassing both prescription (Rx) and over-the-counter (OTC) product portfolios. With a demonstrated proficiency in regulatory strategic planning, she boasts a track record of successfully guiding medicinal product development initiatives, securing Marketing Authorisation approvals, leading innovation initiatives, and implementing organisational efficiencies.

Over the course of her regulatory career, Kelsey has progressed through roles of increasing responsibility at renowned pharmaceutical companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Norgine, GSK Consumer Healthcare, and her most recent position at the regulatory consultancy RApport Global Strategic Services. Currently, she holds a pivotal role within the Senior Leadership Team at RApport Global Strategic Services.

Kelsey’s distinction extends to her academic background, holding a Master of Pharmacy degree. Before making a significant impact in the pharmaceutical industry, she contributed to healthcare as a pharmacist within the National Health Service (NHS).
